was taking out milk crates at work today and ran into them hitting my head.?

i was taking out milk crates at work today and ran into them hitting my head. Now I have a bump in that spot and my head hurts. I took a warm shower and now it seems to hurt worse, but I feel rather fine. Should I go to bed? It is twelve at night.
